OUR STORY
LENTEC began under a carport. Six lifelong friends dreaming about how to give others the leg‑up we never had. From those late‑night conversations, a vision was born: build a place where ideas, youth, and communities could grow on solid ground.
Our name, LENTEC, comes from the first letters of each founder’s name, a symbol of unity, friendship, and purpose. Today, three founders lead as Directors, while the others continue shaping the bigger picture. What started as a simple idea has become the LENTEC Training Academy, a launchpad for people with dreams and drive.
We’re parents, professionals, and first‑generation go‑getters who climbed the ladder without a safety net. Now we’re building the elevator for the next crew. No jargon. No judgment. Just straight talk, practical skills, and support that actually matters.
